It's not a business.... it's a way of life !

DO NOT complete an adoption form until you have enquired about availability         DO NOT complete a rehome form until you have enquired whether we have a place available in our sanctuary.

If we are able to help then we will ask you to complete a  Rehome Form if you need to rehome YOUR animal

If we are able to help then we will ask you to complete an Adoption Form  to adopt an animal and offer it a caring and loving home.

Rehome - Important Note:

We are sorry that we do not offer adoption to families with children under 9yrs. From our experience unless young children are suitably supervised at all times when handling small animals then exceptions will be considered for families with younger children remembering that small animals are not toys and should not be handlled as if they were & should not be squeezed or held too tightly or dropped from any height.

Rehome - Important Note:

We will consider coexistance of adoptive animals with cats and dogs but a home visit will be necessary.

Rehome - Important Note:

We do not offer adoption of guinea pigs and rabbits living together for health and safety reasons.

Rehome - Important Note:

We do not offer adoption of guinea pigs for the purposes of future breeding.  If a sow is bred for the first time beyond her 7 months of age complications nearly always occur such as dystocia (difficult birth) as a sow's hip bones have already fused by this time which can be fatal to the mother and her pups.

Rehome & Adoption - Important Note:

Please understand that we may ask questions some of which may appear intrusive but we ask you to respect this requirement & understand that all information and history relating to the animal is paramount to it's wellbeing and future.

Home visits will be required to achieve this & following successful adoption a further home visit may take place.

Important Note:

A donation is required to help us continue our rescue work.

                                           REHOME

If you are no longer able to care for your rabbit(s) or guinea pig(s) and we are able to offer them either a temporary home or a forever home (depending on their age or health issues) then we will require a (£)donation, &/or existing housing or hutch.  This can be discussed at the time of a home visit.
