Situated south of the Sussex South Downs but within easy reach of towns situated to the north, such as Steyning, Small Dole, Henfield, Burgess Hill, Horsham and Ditchling.  Within easy reaching distance on the East coast border from Eastbourne through to Brighton & Hove and within easy reaching distance on the West coast border of Worthing through to Portslade by Sea. 

LUMPY LODGE is situated in Beaconsfield Road Portslade-By-Sea & lies between the coastal road A259 and the A270 (near the Tates Garage traffic lights on the Old Shoreham Road) see map.   Linked closely by the A27 bypass.  Also within easy reach of the A23(M23) to Brighton taking the A27 exit to Worthing pass the Sainsburys West Hove bypass and follow the map.    We are  accessible from Beaconsfield Road where you will find easy car parking in the car park adjacent to Beaconsfield Road and the pink painted house. LUMPY LODGE is sign-posted.
